If you’ve been practicing yoga for while, and you want to step it up a bit, join us at the end of your work day to unwind with yoga. Getting to your yoga class is a good reason to leave work on time! Come to class to undo the effects of your every day stress. Take time to relax and take care of yourself.
This class structure is similar to the beginners class that follows it (see description below), but we’ll include somewhat more active movements and challenging poses. The level of challenge is geared to the individuals who are present in class, so you can gain maximal benefit and enjoyment from your practice. Join us to move, breath, build your vitality, and relax deeply when we’re done.
