Alison has been a practitioner for over ten years. She teaches Hatha yoga with a focus on healthy alignment principles, integrating movement with the natural pace of the breath to encourage and gently challenge the body's own strength, steadiness and ease to be revealed.
Her approach is non-dogmatic and she holds a cheery and supportive space for all to practice. Her intention for every class taught is to leave everyone feeling better at the end than of that class than at the beginning - more grounded but a little lighter in step.
Alison is both a British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance (RYT 200) accredited teacher.
